Payment and Insurance
In general, we accept most insurance plans. This includes but not limited to those listed below:

O ur office bills most insurance companies as a courtesy for our patients. Self pay or copays are expected at time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and cash. If you are going through insurance, please be prepared to present your insurance card at every visit when checking in. If your child is covered under more than one insurance plan, we must have this information in order to submit your insurance claim. All fees that are not paid by your insurance company are your responsibility and will be billed to you directly.
Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. It is important that you are familiar with what services are covered under your insurance policy, as we may not know the restrictions of your insurance (i.e. well visits coverage and how many each year, services covered, etc). Our office staff will assist you in every way possible to obtain maximum benefit from your insurance coverage. |
