O\"P_042216-51_1\"<\/a>ur office bills most insurance companies as a courtesy for our patients.\u00a0 Self pay or copays are expected at time of service.\u00a0 We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and cash.\u00a0 If you are going through insurance, please be prepared to present your insurance card at every visit when checking in.\u00a0 If your child is covered under more than one insurance plan, we must have this information in order to submit your insurance claim.\u00a0 All fees that are not paid by your insurance company are your responsibility and will be billed to you directly.<\/p>\n
